Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.  It is my role to be your guide and accountability buddy towards bringing you into greater vibrancy.  I am here to do your research, keep notes and check in with you about the areas that need a lil’ more TLC.

I tend to focus on food, as well as the other ways that we as humans are nourished: our relationships, geography, intimacy, physical activity, emotions, mindfulness practices, work, finances, education and play.  We are complex beings, and what works for me if different than what works for you.  We are bio-individual.  There are so many factors that inform our food cravings and I am here to get to the root of cravings, addictions, weight problems, allergies/sensitivities and other symptoms of imbalance.
