Sweet Potato Un-bread Sandwich
This baby is all kindsa delicious and vegan, gluten free, grain free, and paleo friendly!
-Buy this biggest sweet potato you can find. Extra credit if it’s as big as your head, or favorite pet.
-Slice it in thin slices
-brush with coconut oil
-bake on 400 for ~30 mins, depending on your oven!
-Once you have made the bread, add whatever goodies you dig! I love adding a Hilary’s burger, pesto, avocado mash and hemp seeds!
-You can also save the sweet potato “bread” (fridge or freezer) and pop in your toaster throughout the week for quick toast or when you just mussssst instagram your brekkie <3
